    Have to be realistic about hair regrowth, it’s the long game. And I’m no expert but would assume permanent hair loss scenarios are not this simple.
    I started using this late October. It’s a good size and consistency so it lasts a very long time if like me you have long dry-ish hair so I shampoo every 3rd day. I definitely give this the thumbs up 100% and will continue using. Apart from being natural and giving volume, it strengthened my hair to the point I count very few strands when I brush. My partner always pulled my leg over how much hair on the carpet blocks the vacuum and now there’s none. I don’t shed hair all over the house anymore. I’ve got 1-2 inch baby hair now covering the thin patches. I can’t remember the last time I had so much baby hair growth – its been years. I had to do my grey roots every fortnight and I realised recently that I don’t notice my roots for 3 weeks because the new hair camouflages the existing grey. I’ll probably try their entire set this time as I’ve only been using the shampoo.
    My thinning started 3-4 years ago with perimenopause and it got really noticeable with patches after severe stress followed by suffering with bad Delta covid 2 years ago. ‘Telogen effluvium‘ this type of thinning is called. Would recommend other ladies to look it up and make more informed decisions on treatments. Massaging scalp with pure rosemary oil 20 mins before shampooing really helps things along too.
    It’s a 4-8 month journey for new hair so don’t expect instant miracles, from any product. I was really disheartened the first couple months but the volumising and strengthening effect of the shampoo did help my confidence in the meantime to persevere.
